I understand that health looks different for everyone, there is no one-stop shop, solution, or program that works for everyone. In addition to autoimmune functioning and genetic factors: relationships, work-life balance, and finances can influence our overall health. When these factors are understood and brought under control we will find it easier to focus on our personal health.
