#SundayReset...Grocery Order Is "My Boo"

Sunday Reset” is my time to shine cause who's that girl? Me!   And You! #SundayReset is a phrase that refers to the practice of taking time on Sundays to reflect on the past week and set intentions for the week ahead. It is a way to recharge and refocus before starting a new week.

It is essential for creating balance and gaining a sense of control over your life and doing so will help you to remain focused and productive.

There are many different ways to do a Sunday reset, but one of my absolute favs is grocery order! Instacart is My Boo...ummmkayyy.

Grocery shopping is a time commitment and doing a grocery order can help you feel more in control, reduce stress, and set your household up for a successful week.

Cheers to Great Week Ahead...#letsthrive

Ever Heard of The Blood Type Diet?

It’s Wellness Wednesday...how many of you have heard of the blood type “diet”?! As much as I don't believe in “dieting” I do believe the lifestyle choices we make in the area of food consumption is “vital” to setting our bodies up to “thrive”

Eating Right For Your Type can impact our overall well-being by not only your body to “thrive” but to also “heal” itself. All it takes is providing your framework the tools (nourishment) needed to “succeed and thrive”...recognizing our bodies are literal machines

Here are a Few Tips By Type:
 Type A  Beef/Pork/Most Dairy/Wheat
 Type B Chicken/Corn/Tomato/Peanuts
 Type AB Chicken/Beef/Pork/Butter
 Type O Wheat/Dairy/Corn/Legumes

Intentionality using the #eatingrightforyourtype method...has been my go to for supporting my body's  ability to “thrive”   for year's and years now and it’s time that I share it on a more public platform!

Ways to "Eat" Your Water

It's Wellness Wednesday and I am here to help you "thrive” Let’s talk water consumption

Did You Know....
Dehydration  can contribute to loss of energy, to headaches and that general feeling of overall sluggishness.

Staying sufficiently hydrated for whole body health isn’t solely about drinking eight glasses of water a day.
The key is to “strategically hydrate” by also eating your water throughout the day.
This method provides the body a steady flow of hydration and nutrients, keeping your system energized and working optimally.

A cucumber  is a great example of “eating your water" Cucumbers are 96% water, eating a three-ounce cucumber is almost the same as drinking three ounces of water, but better

Our bodies are constantly regenerating, creating new cells to replace old, damaged ones. It is important that we eat and drink with a deliberate focus on promoting cellular health

So My #WellnessWednesday Tip For You: Drink Up Our Bodies are Depending On It

Why You Need A Health Coach...

A Health Coach: provides many layers of support that will ensure you are able to eliminate the confusion that comes with weeding through diet trends and health overhauls, to assist you in creating an individualized, long-term sustainable change while keeping you on track if (or when) you lose hope, momentum, or focus.

Let's Uncover The Reasons Why You Need a Health Coach...Tonight Let's Start With:
#1. RELIEF
If you have tried to make a change in your health in the past, you might be able to relate to feeling frustrated, overwhelmed, or confused.
Working with a health coach can quell these feelings of being defeated and frustrated and replace them with "relief" Not only will you be led in an effective direction with meeting health goals, you will also have someone cheering you on along the way

#2. EDUCATION & EXPERTISE.

Receiving a holistic lifestyle assessment that is specific to Y-O-U and your needs is Key

Your "Whole Health" is a compilation of biochemical interactions, mind-body attunement, lifestyle choices, eating habits, automatic behaviors, emotional needs, stress management and personal fulfillment. Where you are out of balance may not be exactly where you think

Reducing every person to the same recommendations of eating a balanced diet, getting plenty of sleep, and regular exercise is NOT ENOUGH Everybody has their own "UNIQUE" set of needs

"How are you living, how are you eating , how are you sleeping and how are you moving  " are a few questions your Health Coach will ask in order to assess lifestyle habits that may need to be addressed and most importantly to best "support" the resolution of your symptoms and help get you on the path to being the best Y-O-U....Mind, Body, mind, and Spirit.

 #3. Accountability.
Do you feel accountable for your health and wellness goals/intentions...

Accountability is essential for a productive, successful life. To achieve your goals—in any area of your lives—you need to be accountable to them

Sharing your health goals inherently fuels your excitement to achieve what you want for your health—despite any obstacles on your path.

A health coach will provide consistent education on the what & the how coupled with accountability (gaining your commitment to “BEING A DOER” and getting results at the same time While all accountability is helpful, working with someone who is knowledgeable and aware of both your habits and blind spots can do wonders for accelerating your success

Do You Have the Audacity to Choose You

Bio-individuality in a nutshell is the notion that there isn't a "one size fits all" health program for any of us; rather each person is "unique" with highly individualized nutritional requirements.

I have tried every single "diet" or fitness program known to man and with every single one of them, I struggled to achieve the same results as the person who was promoting it!! Do you know why? It is because I was following "their" recipe to success and not my own. What works for me, may not work for you and that is truly my entire platform. I want to partner with you to help identify what will work best for you, and that is based on your very specific and individual needs...then and only then can you "THRIVE"
